Intention Setting Workshop

Join us for our newest Wellness Workshop "Intention Setting for 2019". Take time to explore what you would like to add into your life through yoga (30 mins), meditation (15 mins) and discussion/journaling (45 mins). Using movement, meditation, breathing, and time we will create a space for insights so that each participant will have an opportunity to reflect and brainstorm. Through clarity and the power of intentions, we can choose a more meaningful existence and carefully select how we choose to spend our time and energy in the coming year. The workshop will provide everything for the yoga and meditation class and participants should bring journals for writing.

Limited space in this workshop so pre-registration is recommended.
