All of our yoga classes are 60 minutes long and open to the public. You can purchase a pass online or in the studio. Our new software has an easy online portal and you can easily create an account using the button below. We have yoga mats to rent for $1 and the rest of the yoga props needed for a class are complimentary. Our studio is kept between 77-80 degrees all year round.

Vinyasa Yoga means to "place in a special way" and is also often referred to as Flow Yoga Classes. It is a physical practice that is built in steps to provide an opportunity for the body to prepare itself for the progressing postures. Much of the postures (asanas) taught are connected to the breath and are linked from one posture to another so that each person can transition easily while staying present and attentive to the body. Expect to heat the body, stretch and meditate.
Beginners Yoga (Donation Class)

New to yoga? We have a class designed specifically for you. This 60-minute breath-based yoga class helps each student understand the mechanics of a yoga class and deepen their connection with their bodies. Using basic movements, breathing and meditation, this class works to provide simple ways to add yoga to your life. We offer beginner's classes on a donation basis which means you can come and donate cash or credit for the class. We also offer easy to use class passes and memberships!
Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga

Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga is perfect for all levels and designed to integrate meditation, movement, and mindfulness into a one hour class. We offer blocks, straps and blankets to make your yoga practice an experience that is self-directed and works for each person in the room. This is a popular class so be sure to arrive early to roll your mat out.
Gentle Flow Yoga

Join us for a 1-hour Gentle Flow Yoga class that is designed to provide a safe, effective, compassionate, self-reflective environment that is welcoming to all. This yoga class offers a softer, nurturing, slow-paced gentle vinyasa yoga practice followed with a sequence of restorative and relaxing postures using bolsters, blankets and blocks. Perfect for seniors, pregnant women, injuries or those seeking low intensity movement.
We provide the props except for yoga mats (those are available to rent for $1). Limited space in each class.
1. What do I need to wear to a yoga class?
We recommend that you consider clothing that is comfortable but allows for maximum mobility. T-shirt/tank top with shorts/yoga pants will work. We also take our socks and shoes off for class.
2. What is the temperature in the studio?
We keep the yoga studio around 77-80 degrees all year. We offer complimentary towels to use in case you get sweaty and they are available inside the studio space.
3. Where do I park?
We do have a parking lot behind the building available on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, there is street parking available nearby.
4. If it's my first class, what time should I get there?
We recommend getting there about 10-15 minutes before the class start time to fill out the registration card and sign the liability waiver. This is required before participating in a yoga class.
5. If I've never done yoga before, will I be able to participate?
We have specifically designed a Beginner's Yoga class to help prepare you for a regular vinyasa yoga practice. It is an active class and will most likely heat the body and require standing, kneeling, placing body weight on the hands, etc. If you have injuries, our instructors can help assist you in showing some modifications but all participation in the class is voluntary and an individual choice. All of the classes will provide modifications even if they are not specifically a Beginner's Yoga Class.
