4-WEEK PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

In addition to our drop-in public yoga classes, we are now offering several 4-week specialty yoga classes each month. These class are reservation only and are limited in size. This means we get to pamper you and dedicate our class to the growth and changes you hope to see! They are all 4-week series which means your commitment is also our commitment and each week will build on the week before. As a group, your instructor will guide you through the process and often assigning homework between weeks if you would like to see even further progress! The more you dedicate yourself to the process the better outcome you will have and we are here to INSPIRE YOU.

  • One 4-week series is: $49 (current I AM Yoga Members it’s only $25).

  • If you sign up for multiple series you receive a 15% discount.

A new way to discover and engage in a progressive style yoga practice! Our new Specialty Series will begin when we open our new studio in Tulsa, OK. Intentionally small groups will give participants individual attention and an opportunity to experience the benefits of a regular practice.

MEDITATION CLASS

BEGINS SEPTEMBER 7TH // SATURDAYS @ 8:30 AM

Have you ever wanted instruction and space to meditate? We will be spending 4-weeks discussing several different meditation techniques using wisdom from spiritual teachers such as Adyashanti, Jack Kornfield, Wayne Dyer and more. Each week we will learn and silently practice the techniques. Perfect for beginners or someone just looking to refresh their meditation practice. This class is 45-minutes each week. Pre-registration is required and registration ends Sept 6th.

Starts: Saturday, September 7th at 8:30 am
Class is held each week for 4 weeks for 45-mins
Cost: $49/person for 4-weeks for non-members or $25/person for members

RESTORATIVE YOGA SERIES

BEGINS SEPT 8TH // SUNDAYS @ 7 PM

Do you feel overwhelmed, over stimulated, over worked or just plain over it?! This is a four-week series that will calm the body and mind by intentionally placing the body in supported positions for several minutes. This is open to all levels and is a stress reducing class with very minimal movement. We will be using props including bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps along with soothing and relaxing music. Pre-registration is required. Registration ends 9/7/19

Starts: Sunday, Sept 8th at 7:00 pm
Class is held weekly for 4 weeks lasting 1 hour.
Cost: $49/person for 4-weeks for non-members or $25/person for members

AYURVEDA INSPIRED YOGA CLASS

BEGINS SEPT 3RD // TUESDAYS @ 9:30 AM (75 min class)

Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and is a self healing discipline. It includes all aspects of medicine including diet, exercise, ritual, mantra, and meditation as part of its healing tools. By regularly adjusting our lifestyle and habits to the season, we can live in harmony with the cycles of nature. One of Ayurveda’s fundamental principles is that like increases like and that opposite balances. This helps to explain why a particular season stirs something different in each of us and why we may have a favorite season. What is yours?

In this series we will explore how yoga can be therapy to support an improved state of balance throughout the year. Many times seasonal adjustments come quite naturally, and a few simple changes can dramatically increase your overall health and vitality. This series will explore our ability to balance our personal aspects or doshas with the seasons for optimal health and well-being. Each week we will practice an asana and pranayama series that balances a particular dosha.
