PICK A PROGRAM

We offer 3 options for our Workplace Wellness program.  Meditation to reduce stress, increase focus and concentration and increase positive experiences at work. Yoga to increase body awareness through specifically designed movements and breathing techniques.  Mindfulness workshops and/or classes that incorporate quick and easy ways to increase brain functionality of the individual and morale of the organization.

SCHEDULE A CLASS

We have trained instructors that can to your workplace at a convenient time for your staff.  We bring all of the accessories needed including yoga mats, music, handouts, etc.  Our instructors are trained to handle many different office environments and can offer yoga in meeting rooms, break rooms, waiting rooms, etc.  We can come 1-2 times a week and have class times from 30 mins to 1 hour to choose from.
