This breath-based physical yoga practice is often referred to as Flow Yoga because of the connection to the breath and the order the yoga poses. We will practice asanas (poses) in sequences that opens the body and mind to the fullest capacity while maintaining integrity in the breath. It is a strengthening yoga class that is built in steps (kramas) so that the student experiences progressive opening and expansion throughout the class. Expect to heat the body, open the mind and create a deeper awareness of your Self. This is an all levels class but challenging and each student is encouraged to practice at their own level.
