A perfect beginners yoga class that will present a mindful sequence that is a combination of seated movements, hands and knees and lying on the back.
I created this Vinyasa Sequence to both heat the body up and engage the mind by offering challenges along the way. Everything can be modified (this is the great thing about yoga) so remember to do what you want and skip the rest. This sequence includes hip openers. arm balances, twists and lunges.
This class offers some strengthening poses like side plank, humbled warrior and balancing poses including flying pigeon and standing hand to toe pose. Additionally, Melissa walks you through a short twisting sequence that will assist in compressing the inner organs to release toxins from the body.
